Are you part of a Montessori community and have become interested in learning more? Or are you looking for something new in the educational field? Do you find children intrinsically want to learn and explore? Does the idea of learning how to teach young children excite and inspire you? Then Central California Montessori Education (CCME) is an institution that can support you.
A Montessori Teaching Certificate is possible after spending time in a summer intensive college-level educational setting followed by a nine-month internship. During this process, all students create lifelong colleagues and develop solid relationships with mentor teachers that can support and assist adult learners as they travel through this educational journey.

UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL
At CCME, the adult learner must start each day entering the classroom with an open heart and mind, ready to learn and grow through the Montessori philosophy. Their desire to create an independent, capable child needs to be at the forefront of their work.
Each week the CCME instructors prepare the environment to reflect the curriculum with supporting lectures, directed practice, and study of the approved Montessori manuals, correlating videos, articles, other Montessori reading, personal experiences, and discussion topics.
By the end of the training, the adult learner will have a foundation of Montessori principles, Child Development, and a more profound love for the child.
